MONTREAL, March 19th, 2012 – We are pleased to announce that SCIREQ Scientific Respiratory Equipment Inc. has acquired the activities of SCL Medtech Inc., including the GenaSIC™, GenaSOL™ and GenaMINI™ product lines. SCIREQ is a market and technology leader in the fields of respiratory mechanics, preclinical lung function testing and inhalation toxicology.
